Delivery Information

We work with premium delivery partners and use either DHL or DPD for the majority of our deliveries and a signature is usually required.

We aim to dispatch all completed orders that we receive before 2pm on the same day (Mon-Fri), but this is not something that we can guarantee at peak times. Most orders for UK customers are delivered within 1-3 working days, but during peak periods this may be longer and is not a guarantee. Teamwear articles are printed on demand and are on a targeted delivery time of 10 working days, but can be longer at peak periods.

Please note that Next Day delivery only applies to ‘Working Days’.

We offer free delivery on all orders over £75.00 (UK Mainland Only).

All orders of £75.00 and over will receive free standard shipping
Orders below £75.00 will be charged at £4.50
We also offer a Next Day Delivery option for £7.95

Scottish Highlands and Islands
All orders of £250 and over will receive free shipping
Orders below £250 will be charged at £16.95

Channel Islands & Isle of Man
All orders of £250 and over will receive free shipping.
Orders below £250 will be charged at £22.95

Northern Ireland
All orders of £250 and over will receive free shipping.
Orders below £250 will be charged at £16.95

Republic of Ireland
All orders of £250 and over will receive free shipping.
Orders below £250 will be charged at £16.95

We aim to deliver all orders as soon as possible, but during peak periods this may take longer.

We will only deliver your goods once full payment has been received.

All orders for the Republic of Ireland will have the VAT removed at checkout. However, your order will be subject to local taxes and import duties. This varies from item to item, but please be aware that it is your responsibility as a customer to cover these. If these duties are not paid then your order will be returned to us and we will issue a refund less any costs involved in the return of an order.

Please note: Deliveries cannot be made to PO Box addresses. The majority of orders are shipped by courier and will require a signature upon receipt, so please ensure that someone will be available to sign for this. If you have placed an order for multiple items we try and combine shipping to deliver all articles together. This applies particularly to club orders that require decoration where we will combine your whole order into a single shipment, rather than shipping your order to you in multiple parts. If you require items urgently, we suggest you opt for Next Day Delivery.
