How to Order
Find the item(s) you wish to order.
Select your colour/size option (if applicable). If you’re happy with your selection, then click the ‘Add To Cart’ button. Your selection will then be added to your Basket (top right). You can now continue to checkout or keep browsing and adding more items to your Basket. If a product is showing as Out of Stock (can be back-ordered) you will be able to add the item to your basket, but understand that this means the product is not available for immediate delivery and so do not select a Priority/Next Day Shipping as we will not be able to offer this. You can of course select these shipping options if you are ordering other items. If we are unable to supply the item placed on backorder then we will contact you as soon as possible to advise this and either offer an alternative or issue a refund.
Next Day/Priority Shipping is not available on bespoke/customised items, please do not select this option as refunds will not be given. Details of approximate turnaround times are detailed on the product page details but these are usually around 10 working days. However, this may be longer at certain times of the year and is not a guarantee.
You can check the contents of your Basket and the total cost at any given time by clicking on the Basket icon at the top right of the page.
Carriage costs will be shown on the Basket page in the ‘Delivery’ box. It will also include additional shipping information for your delivery destination.
You can remove items from your basket or alter the quantity required at any time whilst on the basket page. If amending the quantity remember to press ‘Update Cart’.
- Click the ‘Proceed To Checkout’ button that can be found on the right of the Basket page.
- Enter your billing information and delivery details, including contact details.
- Select your preferred delivery method and add any relevant notes if you wish to do so.
Please ensure your address details are correct before clicking on the ‘Continue to Payment and Review’ button.
- Click the ‘Place Order’ button on the right which will redirect you to our secure WorldPay payment gateway or PayPal.
- Select the payment method and then follow the on-screen instructions as directed.
- You should then receive a confirmation email to confirm your payment has been successful.
Please note: Deliveries cannot be made to PO Box addresses. All items are shipped via a tracked service, with most larger items being sent by DPD or DHL and deliveries will require a signature upon receipt, so please ensure that someone will be available to sign for this.
Pricing & Descriptions
We make every effort to ensure that all prices and information displayed is accurate, however, mistakes and errors can happen. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). If you order an item at an incorrect price we will contact you immediately so that you can decide what to do regarding your order.
All prices displayed are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate and this will be mentioned at the checkout. Please be aware that shopping via a VPN may mean prices are displayed without the VAT element included, but this will be added at checkout before payment is made. If you place an order via a VPN or any other method that causes incorrect VAT to be charged then we will contact you as soon as possible upon receipt of your order. If you are based in the Channel Islands VAT will not be applied to your order and this will be reflected at checkout.
We endeavour to keep our stock levels accurate and show clearly on the site if an item is out of stock. However, due to the fast-moving nature of our stock there can sometimes be delays in the syncing of our stock levels. Should this be the case and you’ve ordered an item that is out of stock then we will notify you ASAP and ask you to confirm what you would like to do with your order.
We offer free delivery on all orders over £50.00 (UK Mainland Only).

UK Mainland – All orders of £50 and over will receive free shipping. Orders below £50 will be charged at £3.95. We also offer a Next Day Delivery option.
Scottish Highlands and Islands – All orders of £250 and over will receive free shipping. Orders below £250 will be charged at £16.95
Channel Islands & Isle of Man – All orders of £250 and over will receive free shipping. Orders below £250 will be charged at £22.95
Northern Ireland – All orders of £250 and over will receive free shipping. Orders below £250 will be charged at £16.95
Republic of Ireland – All orders of £250 and over will receive free shipping. Orders below £250 will be charged at £16.95
PLEASE NOTE: We have currently suspended automatic shipping to the Republic of Ireland. If you wish to order please contact us.
We aim to deliver all orders as soon as possible, but during peak periods this may take longer.
We will only deliver your goods once full payment has been received.
We are offering an extended returns period from 30th November until 22nd December. Any orders placed during this period can be returned up until 31st January 2022 (subject to the ususal exclusions outlined below).
We’re sure you’ll be happy with any purchase you make from us, however, you may return any items for a full refund as long as it is returned to us within 30 days from the date of despatch.
Any items returned MUST include a copy of your original order and/or delivery note. If you return items without paperwork you will not receive a refund as we will have no information as to who the items are for. If you require an exchange for a different size please place a new order.
Any items must be returned in an unused/unworn condition, in their original packaging and with all additional labels and tags intact. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if these conditions are not met. We cannot refund/exchange any items that have been personalised or customised unless they are faulty.
Please be aware that TK Hockey UK Ltd will not cover any return carriage costs, unless the product is clearly faulty or has been sent as a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Any items ordered that are not the correct size, please be aware that you are responsible for the return carriage charges. If you wish to exchange an item(s) for an alternative, you will be required to cover this further carriage cost and will need to place a new order again via the website.
If you would like to return an item, we will refund you within 21 days of the day that we email you to confirm that you are entitled for a refund. Please note, this is provided that the product returned is received back to us within the 30 day returns period or is faulty.
